Vegazone

Privacy Policy

This page explains what happens to your information when you read this independent Vegazone review. We are a review site, not the casino, and we keep the data we handle to a minimum.

Who we are

This website publishes independent reviews of online casinos for readers in Australia. We do not operate a casino, we do not take deposits, and we cannot see or change your account with any operator.

If you click through to Vegazone or any other brand we write about, you leave this site and the operator's own privacy rules apply from that moment.

What we collect

Like most websites, our server records technical details when a page is requested: your IP address, browser type, device type, the page you asked for and the time. We use these logs to keep the site running and to spot abuse.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not run a comment form that stores your name. If you write to us by email, we keep the message and your address for as long as it takes to answer you and a reasonable period afterwards.

Cookies and measurement

We use a small number of cookies to remember basic preferences and to count visits in aggregate. These numbers tell us which review sections people read and which they skip, so we can fix weak pages.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The pages will still load, though some convenience features may stop working.

Outbound links to operators

Buttons that lead to a casino carry a tracking parameter so the operator can see that a visit started here. We may earn a commission if you register and play after following one of these links. The parameter does not contain your name or email address.

What you type into the operator's registration or login form goes to the operator, not to us. Read their privacy policy before you hand over personal or payment details.

How long we keep data and who sees it

Server logs are deleted on a rolling basis. Email correspondence is deleted once the matter is closed unless we need to keep it to meet a legal duty.

We do not sell personal data. A hosting provider and an analytics tool process data on our behalf, and they may only use it to deliver those services.

Your rights and how to reach us

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact route shown on this site and we will reply in writing.

We may update this policy when the way we run the site changes. The date of the latest revision appears at the top of the page you are reading.
